  I don't like posting negative reviews but I'm keeping this up here until I get my money refunded. I was in there a week ago and made a purchase of $120. The sales associate made me swipe my card again because it "didn't go through" as he said. I had asked him if he was sure because I already signed and it looked like everything was set with the card reader on my end. He assured me he cancelled out the transaction. A couple days later I noticed a double charge so I called there and went in and filled out paperwork for a refund on the double charge. I was told since I don't have my receipt (which why would I save the receipt on a winter coat I bought for myself that fit perfectly and I loved and had been wearing already for a couple days?), that they couldn't do anything in-store, that this paperwork had to be filled out and sent in to corporate and who knows when/if they will do something about this. A few days after this, I saw the pending transaction of the double charge go through on my account so I call the manager again and she told me that she is not sure what corporate does in this case. She had no answers for me.. What kind of customer service is this and especially from a "manager"? I will not shop at Wilson's leather again and will spread the word about this mishap until I get my money refunded as it was the mistake on behalf of the employee working.
