  Had an appointment set up for today, scheduling the ride 2 weeks in advance. 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment the driver shows up said "he was out front knocking on my door and calling me. Not one time did my phone ring or my door was knocked on. What happened to confirming I had a ride ? I would have been ready knowing I did. Terrible experience. Missed my appointment and will confirm with insurance company that I have another provided company that can make sure they confirm and that their drivers are not telling a lie when it comes to customers.
